INSTALL
Fidelis representative will arrive at your dealership for a one-day install.
Fee is inclusive of all travel, lodging and per diem expenses.
Post install training. A Fidelis service trainer will schedule two in store training visits.
This will ensure the service staff is comfortable redeeming claims on our system, up selling service on
your advantage members and knowledgeable of selling contracts in the service drive.
These visits will take place at 90 days and six months post install.
