Fidelis PPM has provided our organization with a maintenance program that truly builds customer retention. Fidelis has been a very important part of our steady increase in Service Retention. According to the latest G.M. numbers, we are running at about 60%  of the customers we’ve sold in the last 6 years have had a customer pay event in our service department in the last 12 months. G.M. nationally is at 42%. One big reason for this is that with Fidelis we have acquired new customers in the service department as soon as they have purchased. Over 75% of our customers have visited us for their first service event versus 52% nationally. Pretty exciting numbers. Needless to say this is a great program and an awesome profit center.
